About Course

The purpose of the knowledge area in Management and Operational Aspects is to provide to the Energy Community Manager a solid understanding of the issues regarding the management and operation of projects implemented by Energy Communities. This knowledge area includes aspects such as project development costs, project durations, maintenance for various installations, lifespan considerations, and strategies for sustaining optimal performance across diverse installations. The basic module will allow the learner to have an overview of the basic concepts that will be deepened in the professional module. The professional module provides more details on the aforementioned issues, for example preventive and corrective maintenance for various installations as well as case studies will be presented.
